This report covers the period from March 10, 2003 (the effective date
of the FCC's EEO rules) to April 1, 2003 for the station employment
unit consisting of stations WICO(AM), WICO(FM), WQJZ(FM), WXJN(FM) and
WXMD(FM), Salisbury, Maryland. There have been no hires of full-time
employees at this station employment unit during this time period, nor
have there been any reportable EEO outreach efforts during this time
