American Idol--Jason Castro Goes Denies Don't Vote Conspiracy
Jason Castro is shooting down the conspiracy
theory that he had said "don't vote" when his phone numbers were
shown this week on "American Idol." Castro says he had said
"vote" twice. He sat down and realized it probably looked like
"don't vote," so the second time he was shown with his numbers,
he purposely said "vote" just once. Simon Cowell had said he
thought Castro blew the lyrics to "Mr. Tambourine Man" on
purpose, but Castro denies that too. He says he couldn't believe he
forgot a line that's "written on your soul." Perhaps that goes
back to his college days. Castro says he first started learning
guitar as a freshman but he would never learn songs all the way
through.
Mariah Carey & Nick Cannon--Tattoos
It wouldn't have been a surprise to anyone that
Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon were going to get married, if only one
had looked at their backs. Cannon got a tattoo that says "Mariah"
and Carey got one that says "Mrs. Cannon." They got them a few
weeks before they were married. Cannon tells People magazine rings
are special, but tattoos are "forever and ever." Carey and Cannon
were married in the Bahamas on Carey's estate on April 30th. About
a dozen guests were there.

Gavin DeGraw--Not A Sissy
Gavin DeGraw feels if you call him a
singer-songwriter, you might as well call him a sissy. DeGraw says
it makes him feel like a "weakling" because the way
singer-songwriters are marketed. He says, "It's not masculine
enough for me. I don't feel like I fall into that category in a lot
of ways." DeGraw has seen a sign that he's seen as tough: more
guys are showing up to his concerts. He says he wants to make
"nice music" and "beautiful music" but he thinks it's important
to reveal the elements of who he is. DeGraw's new album is
self-titled and it's out now.

leaving daughter Miley alone during her Vanity Fair photo shoot.
She says "her dad stepped out," and that's when the racy picture
of Miley was taken with her back exposed. Osmond tells AOL
Television "my parents never, never left us alone." She says "I
think, if your kids are going to be in that kind of business, then
you need to make it your business to be there for them and help
them figure out." She adds, how could you say no to someone like
Annie Leibovitz when you're a little girl?
